Ricardo and Frank exchanged a look from Vikki's color-changing trick. Without saying a word they filed it under "interesting, probably not dangerous." That designation begged the questions of what they'd find fascinating or shocking and why they categorized phenomena as dangerous or not.

The woman who'd signed as Liz followed up with an equally odd question: "Does anybody have a theory as to why I have no idea who I am, but I can look in the mirror and be absolutely convinced that the body I see looking back at me isn't mine?"
