River opened her eyes and eyed the pancakes. She took a large gulp to prevent herself from throwing up. But her eyes lingered on the Tylenol bottle.

"They help me?"

She got to her knees and crawled towards to bottle and tried to open it with shaking hands.

"Needs water," she whispered, popping the top off. She began looking around on the floor. "Needs water to help them down."

She sniffed and emptyied half the bottle contents into her hand.
