"No, we seriously doubt it's a coincidence." The Doctor's grin faded a bit. "And I have to admit to being a bit surprised it's affected you as well. We all woke up without memories of who we are this morning. But there are signs pointing to something less than friendly about it."
The Doctor handed Scott a banana. “Good for refueling. Great source of potassium. You might want to drink something as well.” He wished he could get a better view of what the younger man had done. It was amazing.
The Doctor noted the now healed pilot’s hand go to her blaster. It was instinctive, and no doubt brought comfort. "Try not to shoot anyone out of hand, alright?" He motioned to her co-pilot. "I'm gonna check his injuries, if you feel better tagging along and watching." He shrugged. He made it plain no one was going to try to disarm her... yet.
It was vaguely possible these two were plants placed by whoever erased their memories in the first place. But then, why bother? No one would remember someone just walking in this morning. This was a tad overdramatic to place a plant at this stage.
"And after that... May, I know my disk thingy will work on your legs. You look like you have some first maybe even second degree burns from you latest acrobatics."
The Doctor crossed to stand in front of the dark haired man. He had a bruise at his hairline.
“I’m gonna check for a concussion, alright? I can take care of that bruise at least.” He waved the penlike diagnostic tool in front of the man. The blue light at the end shone over the bruise, and a slight, humming noise came from it. “Mild concussion. Skull’s intact.”
::OOC: There was no Chris on the Doctor’s ID. It’s the name he and Rose came up with (as it’s the actors)::
