Whatever was going on, it dissapeared in less than two minutes. If Ripley hadn't been holding both he and Rose to the ground, they'd have likely fallen. As it was Ripley's new green and yellow complexion faded away.
"Thanks." He muttered to Ripley and checked on Rose, who looked ready to lose all she had managed to eat.
"It's over," he held her hand.
"I know. Just never did much take to weightlessness, ya know."
The Doctor grinned. "That wasn't quite weightlessness. Didn't feel like falling."
They were standing up now, and the Doctor made sure Rose was looked after before he went to check on Ami, who was not dealing so well. Luckily, Scott had suddenly blinked into existance... or vision, as the madness ended.
"Ami?" The Doctor could hear the other woman's distress. "Ami, can you hear me? Can you touch on your connection to Scott? Feel him, and what he represents?" He looked briefly towards Scott. "I don't want to have to give her a sedative excapt as a very last resort. She's had enough drugs forced on her."
