May's question caught her off guard. Tara laughed hard enough that May had to stop and hold her. Tara eventually looked at May and realized her question was serious...which made Tara want to laugh all that much harder. Instead, she responded, "I'm sorry; I shouldn't have laughed. No, the analogy doesn't extend that far. From the rituals I've witnessed, it's pretty benign. It will likely be painful for me, much like any healing can be painful, but nothing I won't be able to handle. Assuming it works in the first place."
Molly approached Tara with the second half of her sandwhich. "Well, if we are going to do this, then you need your strength, witch. Eat."
Tara smiled as she grabbed the sandwhich and they started walking back to the bunker. Indeed, she felt very hungry. Maybe even hungry enough to eat this sandwhich, plus a little more.
