This is not Bad Wolf. This is the affects of what Bad Wolf and the nanogenes have been doing. New neural pathways have opened up allowing her to see possible timelines, probable outcomes. Not like a person considering the future, but actually seeing things unfold based on certain variables. Much like a ... well... a Gallifreyan. But she doesn't know how to control it or suppress it.
