"Three other people?!" Ami's surprised exclamation came out considerably louder than she'd intended. Also from the look of utter horror and chagrin on George's face, coupled with the other woman's steadily reddening face, it came out considerably louder than George would have liked. Several heads swiveled in their direction, and Ami immediately lowered her voice.
(She had sex with three other people?!) At least Ami managed not to blurt that out.
"Um, all right then, wow." That was not the woman that Ami read about in her journal. But clearly it was the woman she wrote about, so maybe she had a little bit – all right a lot – of repressed naughtiness. Extreme repressed naughtiness.
"Maybe um," Ami tried to find something to soothe George. "Maybe you're just the adventurous sort. Very adventurous." (Or very, very horny.) She couldn't fathom having that sort of adventure. Ami imagined that she might have imagined having a go with three fit blokes once upon a time – who hadn't – but carrying through with it? That did cross the boundaries of slutdom. Except that the George she wrote about wasn't a slut, so it must have been something else entirely.
Curiosity though got the best of her and instead of trying to find more sooting words, Ami lowered her voice a bit more and leaned closer, "Just curious but … who was it?"
