River stopped and eyed everyone around her. Her eyes finally landed on Rose. After a moment, she smiled slighty.
"The future is very important."
River leaned over the fish and sniffed. She made an unamused face and then went to look over the guns again. She spoke to Aeryn without meeting her eyes.
"When you removed the G-64 spring rod, you twisted your wist and put it down wrong." Her eyes flickered to Aeryn. "Don't do it again. Slows your time."
River turned and walked to the cupboard, pulling out four plates.
