She waved to George as well, and swatted a few strands of hair away from her face, "I can't offer any advice on whether or not you should tell George. You're a far better judge of your relationship than anyone else, and I certainly don't want to do anything that might upset George, even when there's no cause for upset. She's my friend and I don't operate like that.
Ami cast her gaze down the beach, automatically zooming in on Scott without even trying. Her face softened and lit up, a smile turning up the corners of her mouth. "Too new? That won't last long. I think things happen a lot faster around here than they would outside of this barmy place."
