Chris had not been at the community garden, though he should have been. Instead, he'd been caught up gathering fruits, and therefore seeds, near the beach camp.
When he saw a handful of people running in the direction of the path to the caves, he joined in, wishing that he could heal. He doubted it was a demon attack, but given this island, anything was possible.
