Locke shot an irritated look over his shoulder at the talkative doctor. "You can--" He paused long enough to make his tone civil. "Just keep an eye out. The Others didn't do this. Ask Aiden, Jon, or Ash to fill you in."
Despite having followed the trail for 20 minutes the distance between the kidnappers' tracks hadn't shortened. They'd maintained the same rapid pace despite carrying one or two of the women. Locke hoped that they could catch up before they found cover or worse, set up an ambush.
