That was my interpretation of it so I thought it had *already* come true :)
Oops. Let me clarify. Sam saw the blood-spattered wall, Ami's body, Daisy, etc. That part that doesn't necessarily have to come true is Dean, May, and Sam stumbling upon Daisy.
