Okay, time bubbles and spider sense did NOT mix. May gave up trying to filter and tried to ignore the constant, irritating buzz of danger. Relying on her spider sense from here on out was probably not a good idea. Instead, she flanked the Doctor on the other side, just in case his vertigo made him an easier target. The interference was irritating, but it wasn't making her weak on her feet.

"Just five?" she asked. "I thought there were maybe twice that many in the other group."

"Maybe they split up," someone suggested. "Or maybe something's happened."

Despite his obvious discomfort, the Doctor continued to pick up the pace, and soon May thought she could make out a couple of figures in the distance. Hoping it was the other group and that they weren't walking into another trap, she continued to flank the Doctor, eyes searching the surrounding area for signs of an ambush.
