They heard it as a low rumble, barely audible. Those with lower ranges to their hearing heard it first. Those with psychic abilities also 'heard' something over that link, and felt Tara's plight. The sound/feeling wasn't annoying or painful in itself, just a low building sound barely in their range of hearing. It slowly built up to a small crescendo over a few seconds and then erupted as a small sound wave that physically buffeted everyone in the cafeteria. It felt like a gust of wind, and for Aiden, Blaise, and Locke, they saw again the familiar color patterns like the first time her magic burst at the cockpit. Everyone held their breath to see if anything worse would happen, then most everyone started busting out laughing because:
Dean's hair was pink. Blaise had grown VERY bushy eyebrows. Aiden was soaking wet. May was covered in some weird sticky stringy substance that was glittery purple. Faith lost her clothes (couldn't resist that one). The Doctor and Rose were floating. Ripley's skin was green and yellow (hey, great camoflauge). Every time Molly spoke, it sounded very musical and you couldn't understand what she was saying. Daniel couldn't touch anything. Rodney couldn't talk (yeah, definitely couldn't resist that one) Sam and Scott both had disappeared (you are invisible) Damon had passed out (sorry Damon, you and her are still too linked to get away safely. but you aren't hurt, just still not recovered enough from what she did to you to handle what just happened) Isabel looked disheveled, covered in sand, saltwater and debris as when she just arrived.
ooc: just having some fun. If I missed anyone in attendance, feel free to invent a side affect. Molly, you will also think that since you heal through connection to the earth, and she's absorbed so much of you, that she might heal better outside the same way you would. As for absorbing your energy back, yes, it would help at least keep the discharges at bay until she can heal a little more.
